I am experiencing a technical issue

If you are experiencing any of the following issues please try the troubleshooting provided before contacting our support:

If you have been playing a game and it is no longer working as normal, please follow the below steps:

  1. Log out of your account and log back in.
  2. Try to play the game on another device i.e. your laptop/home computer or your phone.
  3. Try an incognito browser or any other browser on your device.
  4. If using your phone try a different web or mobile browser.
  5. If the error persists you might need to restart the device.
  6. Clear your cache and cookies.
  7. Steps for clearing your cache and cookies will vary depending on your browser and can be found easily by searching online.

If the issue still persists after trying the above, please take a screenshot and send this in to us, along with an explanation of the issue you are experiencing and contact our support team.

This is not recommended as an inconsistent or weak network connection will cause the geolocation checks to fail.

Network connection types

You must be connected to the Internet (PC/Mac/mobile) or have cellular service (mobile device). There is no need to be connected to a wireless network, but you must have Wi-Fi enabled. For play from a mobile device, you must also have your Location Services turned on.

If you are not in Canada or do not have a good Wi-Fi signal or cell tower signal to verify your location, you may not be able to log in or play games properly.

Lost connection during a Live Dealer game

If you encounter an internet disconnection during a Live Dealer game, simply reconnect and log back into your account.

For Casino Hold 'em and Live Blackjack bets, you will automatically transition to the non-Live version of the game you were playing. This allows you to complete the game round seamlessly, with your cards carried over from the Live game.

Your Live Blackjack history will display both your Live table dealer cards and the non-Live table dealer hand for the resumed game. In cases of Bet Behind disconnections, if the seated player experiences a disconnection, the game will shift to the non-Live version and you will assume the role of the seated player.
